What are Jackblox?
Jackblox are the world's first audio adapter storage system for musicians, producers, engineers and audiophiles alike. Made to be modular, magnetic, and compliment any studio aesthetic.
How do Jackblox work?
Jackblox provide an effortless and stylish storage solution to the most frequently used (and frequently lost) audio adapters in music studios of all sizes.
Simply take your favorite 1/4" or 1/8" adapter and slide it into the top face hole. That's it! Use the side face installed neodymium magnets to connect together as many Jackblox as you'd like.
Users can also use the bottom face magnet to mount Jackblox to spare panel strips on outboard gear racks (if desk space is an issue). Effective mounting in this case will depend primarily on the surface material, thickness and angle of the desired mounting area. Ferrous metals will vary in their magnetic strength and "take" to the magnets.
How big are Jackblox? How much do they weigh?
At 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) all around in size, the low profile of Jackblox allows them to fit neatly into virtually any studio set up available. Each Jackblock weighs in at 0.32 lbs (146 grams), striking a balance between providing a premium "weighted" feel, without being overly heavy.
Will Jackblox store all of my 1/4" & 1/8" audio adapters (regardless of manufacturer)?
Yes. During our development process, Jackblox were specifically measured with many of the most commonly available audio adapters on the market to ensure as universal of a fit as possible.
However, please note there still may be variances in exact fit between different adapters. This is due to minute manufacturer tolerances, as well as tolerances in various adapter sleeve sizes themselves. Additionally, some adapters might need a slight extra press of downward pressure or a clockwise/counter clockwise twisting motion to completely slide in or take out from the top face storage hole.
What is the turnaround time after I place an order?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. We offer domestic shipping for our US based customers through USPS and UPS. For our international customers, DHL Express and USPS/UPS Worldwide shipping services are also available.
What is your refund/return policy?
Orders returned undamaged within 30 days of the purchase date will be issued a full refund via the original method of payment. Returned orders with damaged or missing items will receive a partial fund minus the cost of the damaged/missing items. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For our international customers, please note that import duties may be due upon arrival of your order in your country. Please take this into consideration when ordering, as we are unable to cover these duties.
